Sarah is soloing on this one; this interview took place while Sarah and Lisa were at the TNNA summer show. We talked about how she got into dyeing yarn, where she finds her inspiration, and some of her plans for the future.
Lisa has two Ravelry groups: The 90% Knitting group is primarily for the podcast and is where she posts show notes and hosts knitalongs and giveaways. The Fibernymph Dye Works group is the place for her yarn business. While we did not discuss it in the interview, she has a great customer rewards program, which you can read about here.
If you’re interested in seeing Lisa’s yarn, you can browse her online shop. Her next show is the Gypsy Stardust Yarn and Fiber Festival in Harrison City, Pa., on Saturday, July 14, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. More details can be found on the event’s Facebook page. She will also be vending at the Needles Up event the day before Rhinebeck (the New York Sheep and Wool Festival) on Friday, October 19.
